Return & Exchange Policy
Items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, and undamaged and in original packaging with tags attached) are eligible for exchange or merchandise credit. Items not in this condition will not be accepted.
Sales are final on the following merchandise:
- nursing and intimate apparel
- assembled items
- dishes, utensils, and cups
Sales are also final when using merchandise credit.
Items with a valid store receipt or online invoice may be exchanged in store up to 21 days from date of purchase. To begin an exchange of an online purchase by mail, first email us at email@example.com to receive an Exchange Merchandise Approval Number. Items must be mailed back within 21 days from online purchase date. Shipping fees incurred during an exchange are at the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
